So here I am

It's two weeks into summer break. I've been working. And working. And working. But I have to say that, in spite of all the complaining I've been doing, it's not really that bad. There's something satisfying about climbing into the truck at the end of the day with your arms sore from lugging fuel hoses and knowing you did a good day's work. When someone thanks you for bring their plane out, or meeting them at the fuel station, it's nice. Even sweeping vast tracts of hangar floor is rewarding at some level. Maybe this all won't be so bad after all.
